Flea markets in and around Montreal

Here are a few flea markets we’ve found in the Montreal area, but I’d like to add more local ones. So if you know of any that should be on the list, please leave the information in the comments section and I’ll add it in the main post. I can’t believe nobody mentioned Lachute or Hudson. Both are off the Island of Montreal, but well worth the drive.

Hudson’s Finnegan’s Flea Market is only open on Saturdays from about the beginning of May to the end of October.

Now the Lachute market incorporates a farmers’ market and a flea market and you could lose yourself for hours looking through the stalls. It’s open Tuesdays and Sundays with Tuesday being the high activity day. Tuesday is also the day of the horse auctions (only every other Tuesday in Winter). I haven’t been there in almost 40 years and I wouldn’t have recognized it with that new building and those “awnings.” Way back when you just braved the weather. Better chance at an extra good bargain then anyway!
