    ON JUNE 3 & 4 – This weekend, the fine folks at GUEPE (Groupe uni des éducateurs et professionels en environnement) want you to join them to learn about nature. Activities may be held in French.

    June 3 – Curious Birds

    Free activity without registration from 10am to 11:30am at the Bois-de-Saraguay Nature Park

    For all ages.

    Birds are often curious just as you! Urban forests have excellent nesting sites for these colored creatures. Discover the birds of Bois-de-Saraguay with a naturalist-educator from GUEPE and perfect your observation methods and your knowledge on winged fauna. Feathers, colors and songs: a real show!

    Meet at the corner of avenue Jean-Bourdon and Joseph-Saucier (entrance to the Polo Trail).

    June 4 – A Majestic River

    Free activity for all from 12pm to 4pm at Parc-nature de l’Île-de-la-Visitation, 2425 boulevard Gouin Est.

    The beauty of a river comes from the strength of its current, the animals that frequent it, the plants that live there and the shape of its banks. A naturalist educator from GUEPE will make you discover this river, the life it shelters as well as the importance of its banks.

    Visit the Île-de-la-Visitation (near the dam and the wooden bridge).
