    FEB. 7 TO 11 – The Dorval Winter Festival is back with five days of winter fun in a festive atmosphere. Come and enjoy the great outdoors and activities for the entire family. Join us for a wonderful wintery experience filled with little pleasures!

    Opening Ceremonies
    Wednesday, February 7, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
    at the Sarto-Desnoyers Community Centre

    Crowning of the King and Queen and presentation of the winners of the festival button contest.

    Preschool Skate and Slide
    Thursday, February 8, from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
    at the Dorval Arena

    Skating and tobogganing for parents and tots.

    Dinner and Comedy Night
    Thursday, February 8, from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m.
    at the Pine Beach Citizens Association Hall

    (In English, for adults age 18 and over)
    Italian dinner, bring your own refreshments.
    Tickets on sale at SDCC and SACC at a cost of $22.

    Klondike Night
    Friday, February 9, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
    at the Surrey Aquatic and Community Centre

    A night of fun, games, and prizes for children ages 5 to 11.
    Admission: $3
    Raffle at 8:15 p.m.

    Family Mornings Series
    Saturday, February 10, at 1 p.m.
    at the Dorval Aquatic and Sports Centre

    Le cirque nez à nez
    This free bilingual show is designed for children age 4 and over. Are you ready for a crazy 50-minute whirlwind of fun? Watch the amazing Miss Odette and Mr. René, a clown with a big heart, in hysterical scenarios with salt, a lemon, an onion, scarves, chairs, a tennis racquet, newspapers, and spoons!

    Jet’s Winter Circus Extravaganza! (NEW!)
    Saturday, February 10

    Let’s have fun with Jet during this circus themed day. Many activities will be held including a family show, an aerial trail, a zip line, a giant slide, a campfire, a horse sleigh rides, music, food, and lots more.

    The event will end with our first ever “Jet district challenge” which will involve our City councilors and the winter festival royalty: the queen, the king, the princesses, and the princes. Which district will be victorious?

    Sleigh Ride and Stories from the Coachman
    Saturday, February 10, at 2 p.m.
    Starting point: Dorval Aquatic and Sports Complex

    Free family event offered by the Dorval Museum of Local History and Heritage. Enjoy a sleigh ride throughout the City while discussing and chatting with the coachman of the Forest & Stream Club.

    Super Jet Saves the Day
    Sunday, February 11, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
    at the Surrey Aquatic and Community Centre

    A day full of activities starting off with a breakfast brunch, from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. (from $3 per person), followed by Timbits hockey,  inflatable games, encounters with super heroes, a photo booth, video games, music, the Dorval Astronomy Club, and more. Come dressed up as your favorite super hero.
